Indoor Air Quality Investigation

We ensure your indoor air quality

On average, people spend about 90% of their time indoors. Building materials, office equipment, and HVAC systems can all be sources of pollutants—especially in newly constructed, renovated, or refurbished office environments, where harmful substances are more likely to be released into the air. Additionally, poor hygiene in HVAC systems can pose a threat to occupants’ health and comfort.

Through professional testing and analysis, WESSLING’s team of experts helps you accurately identify potential pollutants in your indoor environment. At the same time, we conduct regular hygiene inspections of air conditioning and ventilation systems to ensure all parameters meet standards, creating a truly healthy and safe indoor space for you.

Survey of Buildings and Contaminants Within Them

If the cause of the contamination can be clearly identified, you may send samples to us. If not, our professional engineers will conduct an on-site investigation of the building and building materials using field equipment and document their initial findings. Once the source of contamination has been identified, samples of indoor air, building materials, or object surfaces will be collected and sent to a laboratory for analysis. We will analyze the samples using the most appropriate methods and evaluate their impact on the client. A written report containing a comprehensive assessment and recommendations for further action will be submitted to the you.

Inspection of the Sanitary Condition of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems

To regulate indoor temperatures and create a pleasant and healthy work environment, modern office buildings are equipped with air conditioning and ventilation systems. In addition to routine maintenance and operational inspections, these systems also require hygiene inspections to ensure the health of occupants. These inspections include examinations of rooms equipped with air conditioning systems, as well as hygiene testing of indoor air, air filters, humidifiers, and heat exchangers.
